1、止损原则
止损是黄金交易中非常重要的一环，因为任何时候炒黄金保本都是第一位，赚钱是第二位的。
事实上，建立合理的止损原则相当有效，谨慎的自救策略的核心在于不让亏损继续扩大。相反，由于黄金交易的保证金制度，如果任凭亏损单子放任自流，不但有可能加剧亏损的扩大化，而且随时可能有爆仓的风险。
有时候会出现一种情况就是做单的时候带损了容易被扫，而且是扫了之后很快就反转了，这个时候很多投资朋友就会去想，早知道不带止损就好了；在盘整行情中确实是如此，确实能够减少一部分损失，但从长期来看，并不符合交易规则，因为在单边行情中不带止损就会被深套，甚至是爆仓，有些投资朋友会想，如果出现单边行情我再止损也不迟，但真到了那个时候就由不得你控制了，第一，我们不可能每次都能在第一时间去判断单边强势行情的来临，当我们发现行情走向单边的时候可能已经深套了；第二，行情不急涨也不急跌，就是缓慢的朝着反方向发展，这个时候是最危险的，因为在前面的盘整行情中让投资者养成了侥幸心理，总觉得这行情涨得这么慢，明显是上涨动能不足，或下方支撑太强，想着能与之前一样，拿一段时间就回来了，事实上这种错误比第一种更可怕，因为第一种错误是判断失误，情有可愿，而第二种纯属贪念，这种错是不值得原谅的；所以还是建议大家能够有风险意识。
2、客观原则
事实证明，主观判断和市场的实际走势相吻合的时间太少了，根源在于所拥有资源的有限性，有限的时间、有限的精力、有限的资金、有限的认知能力，等等。
既然主观的分析方法行不通，那就只有靠客观的操作方法。但在实践中，大多数投资朋友总会受到主观与客观之间关系的困扰，不能做到客观地操作。
客观的分析要靠明确的规则。不论主观的分析和客观的分析是否矛盾，都应该严格遵守客观规则。
