1、产权转移方便
假如手头上有一栋住宅和一块黄金,当你将它们送给子女的时候,会发现将黄金转移很容易,搬走就可以了,但是住宅就要费劲得多。住宅和股票、股权的转让一样,都要办理过户手续。假如是遗产的话,需律师证明合法继承人的身份,可能还要交纳一定的遗产税。
由此看来,这些资产的产权流动性根本没有黄金那么优越。在黄金市场开放的国家里,任何人都可以从公开的场合购得黄金,还可以像礼物一样进行自由转让。而且黄金市场十分庞,随时都有任何形式的黄金买卖。
2、最佳抵押品种
很多人都遇到过资金周转不灵的情况,解决这种窘困的方法通常有两种:一是典当,二是举债。举债能否实现,完全看个人的信用程度。这时,黄金投资者就完全可以用黄金进行典当,之后再赎回。
可以用来典当的物品种类很多,除了黄金以外还有古董、字画等。但是由于古董、字画等投资品的赝品在市场上实在不少,因此在这方面来看,黄金进行典当就要容易得多。黄金是一种国际公认的物品,根本不愁买家承接。一般的典当行都会给予黄金达90%的短期贷款,而不记名股票、珠宝首饰、金表等物品,最高的贷款额也不会超过70%。
3、对抗通胀利器
近几十年间,通货膨胀导致各国货币缩水情况十分剧烈。比如当时在南美的一些国家里,人们获得工资后第一件要做的事情,就是跑到商店里去购买各种宝物和日用品。黄金却会跟随通胀而相应地上涨。因此,进行黄金投资,才是避免在通胀中被蚕食的最佳方法。
任何地区性股票的市场,都有可能被人为操纵。但是黄金市场却不会出现这种情况。金市基本上是属于全球性的投资市场。
现实中还没有哪一个财团的实力大到可以操纵金市,正是由于黄金市场做市很难,所以为黄金投资者提供了较大的保障。
4、投资工具多样
投资黄金的工具分为期货金、现货金、实物金、黄金基金等。不同的黄金投资工具能够满足不同风险等级投资者的需求。
