中印两国为何爱“抢金”

印度是传统的黄金消费大国，一直以来，印度的实物黄金需求占据着全球黄金零售市场的大半江山。在印度，实物黄金的消费主要为黄金饰品，黄金珠宝不仅是宗教节日中最普遍的朝圣礼物，也是是婚礼嫁妆篮子中必不可少的物品。按照印度风俗，父母要为女儿置办高额嫁妆，嫁妆的多少将决定女儿在夫家的地位。因此，很多印度人消费的大部分黄金都是为了女儿的嫁妆。每年的第四季度，在印度的宗教节日、结婚季节里实物黄金的需求将有较大幅度地上升，甚至会对全球的实物黄金价格产生支撑。
正是旺盛的金饰需求，使印度成为全球最大的实物黄金消费市场。除了在极短的时间内被来自中国市场的黄金需求所超越，一直位列全球第一。但是，由于近年来黄金价格一直走高，限制了印度的实物黄金消费能力。在4月份黄金出现暴跌后，印度的“抢金潮”主要来自于民间的逢低吸纳，因为与暴跌之前相比，用同样多的卢布，就可以买入更多的黄金。
作为另一大实物黄金消费大国，中国的实物黄金消费更多地来自于投资需求，人们并不会因为黄金价格的下跌而购入更多的黄金饰品，但购买金条、金块的需求却会随之增加，因为人们预期在金价下跌后，黄金如果重新走高，将为自己带来一定的利润空间。在世界黄金协会去年所发布的一份报告中就指出，中国市场实物黄金消费需求的一大特点是，当金价的趋势较为明显时，实物黄金需求量将出现较大幅度的增长；反之，如果金价的走势胶着，投资者难以判断走势时，实物黄金的需求量就会下降。
