如遇到重大节日、纪念日以及双休，国际黄金基本上都休市的。以大田环球贵金属交易平台为例子，交易时间为周 一 07：00 至周六 03：00 (夏令时)；周一 07：00 至周六 04：00 (冬令时)，所以休市时间为周六凌晨3点到周一7点左右。
国际黄金的交易时间
1、早5-14点行情一般及其清淡这主要是由于亚洲市场的推动力量较小所为!一般震荡幅度较小，没有明显的方向。
2、午间14-18点为欧洲上午市场。欧洲开始交易后资金就会增加，且此时段也会伴随着一些对欧洲货币有影响力的数据的公布!此时段间，若价位合适可适当进货。
3、傍晚18-20点为欧洲的中午休息和美洲市场的清晨，较为清淡!这段时间是欧洲的中午休时，也是等待美国开始的前夕。此时间段宜观望。
4、20点–24点为欧洲市场的下午盘和美洲市场的上午盘!这段时间是行情波动最大的时候，也是资金量和参与人数最多的时段。这段时间则是会完全按照当天的方向去行动，所以判断这次行情就要根据大势了，此时间段是出货的大好时机5、24点后到清晨，为美国的下午盘，一般此时已经走出了较大的行情，这段时间多为对前面行情的技术调整。宜观望。
