看振幅
振幅在昨日的高低点之内，行情无忧，但当缩小到无心盯盘时，往往是变盘前奏，要特加留意；当天的高低点都超过了昨日的高低点，振幅加大，就要盯住重要支撑位于阻力位的突破，没有还是区间震荡，但有操作空间。
看技术
懂图形的每天看看日K线处于何种型态，做出与昨日K线的对比分析。主要盯住压力位和支撑位的变化，没变不去管它，有变则顺势调整操作思路。
看原则
盯盘玩的是短线，虽多空都有机会。但头脑中要有行情的总体趋势判断，比如在长期的上涨趋势中，短线持有空单要小心。
