2、不要频繁买进卖出
实物金条在出售时的价格往往会高于当时黄金市场价格，而回购时，则需要收取3-10元/克的手续费，这显示出只有当金价上涨到一定程度时，才能补回其中成本。因此，在实物黄金投资中不要频繁的买进卖出，否则很容易盈利没得到反而亏损了手续费成本。
二、实物黄金投资的优势
1、具有较大的避险保值功能
近几十年来，全球大多国家都深受通货膨胀或经济经济增速放缓的困扰，货币因通货膨胀贬值、降息或QE政策的实施，都让大家的货币资产严重缩水，而在这种经济危机中，实物黄金就启到对抗通胀或保持自身价值的功能。
2、觉有较好的抵押功能
黄金价值稳定，且它是国际公认的资产，因此其具有极好的抵押功能，银行、典当行都接受黄金的抵押，且一般典当行都会给予黄金实际价值90%资金的短期贷款。
三、实物黄金投资的劣势
1、投资成本高
实物黄金的投资需要全额投入，并且在持有过程中还需要支付一笔保管费，另外，在回购时所需手续费较高，这使得实物黄金投资的成本远大于伦敦金、黄金TD等杠杆产品。
2、不能短期获利
因其投资成本高，实物黄金投资要获利所需时间长，想要获利只能从长期持有。
因此，总的来说，如果不是闲置的资金太多，小编觉得投资还是选择能够短期获利的伦敦金比较好。
