一、确定支撑和压力点
支撑点和压力点共同构成金价的运行区间，且在不同时段中，支撑点和压力点的具体位置将有所变动，另外当金价破位之后，原来的支撑点将转变为压力点，压力点将转变为支撑点。确定支撑点和压力点，是把握金价运行区间的关键。
二、根据基本面顺势而为
