全球央行仍在增持黄金 投资者谨慎入市

【行情回顾】
周四欧盘国际黄金价格在窄幅中震荡，休整在1300整数关口上方，但鉴于昨晚金银价格的涨幅较大，加上市场高位反弹阻力也在增加，所以现货黄金行情没有继续反弹，而是在区间内盘整，市场投资者情绪再度被地缘政治局势风险主导，日间密切留意欧洲央行和英国央行的两大利率决议会议，或会给近期低迷的欧元区经济带来明确的方向指引。
【基本面分析】
乌克兰爆发危机，俄罗斯与西方的关系恶化，使得该国央行一直在大量增加黄金储备。国际货币基金组织在近期发布的“国际金融统计报告”中指出，2014年上半年，世界央行共买入黄金113吨。其中，俄罗斯6月增持16.8吨黄金至1094.8吨，从2009年1季度到2014年1季度，俄罗斯黄金储备几乎翻了一番，增至1040.71吨。除此之外，印度央行的黄金储备也增加了56%至557吨，中国黄金储备则增加75.0%至1054吨，这还是2009年的水平，据称，中国黄金储备远高于官方数据。国家持续的增持黄金，说明了在美联储讨论加息以抑制通胀的同时，欧洲央行却在降息，金融市场仍存在不稳定风险，世界央行也重新以审视的眼光看新闻。因此，中央银行当前不会考虑停止购买黄金，避险仍在支持黄金的需求。
另外，俄罗斯国防部长在今天上午发表讲话，对参加军事演习的士兵表示，军队需要处于“时刻备战状态”。由于乌克兰边境的冲突还在升级，市场对乌克兰危机的走向有所担心，石油价格今天仍有小幅的涨幅，日内密切留意事件的发展或会为黄金价格带来利好消息刺激提振。
【技术分析】
从伦敦金技术分析上看来，贵金属市场在经历昨晚的一波反弹攻势后，日线上开出一条上影线较长的阴线，均线也整体平稳，显示目前市场或偏于在目前区间盘整。在4小时图中，现货黄金窄幅调整，布林轨张口运行，修正在1300整数关口上方，指标MACD开口向上，多头动能逐渐增强，KDJ指标在超买区运行。综合所述，在欧英两大央行公布议息决议的之前，预计市场交投的情绪会相对谨慎，此时建议投资者暂时持观望态度，在金价适当回调后再谨慎入市。
