美国房产数据成市场焦点 黄金或有下行压力

今日欧盘时段，国际现货黄金价格依旧维持在千三关口附近窄幅震荡，总体上现货黄金交易清淡。由于之前贵金属市场期待印度总理大选中莫迪能够顺利当选，而莫迪则被预期将会在当选印度总理之后放缓黄金的进口限制，此举或有利于金价上行，因此在欧盘时段黄金一度上摸到1298位置，离1300整数关口仅仅是一步之遥。
虽然市场在欧洲时段较为关注印度总理大选的情况，但是在大选结束之后，市场的目光将会重回美国的房地市场。由于今晚纽约时段，美国将会公布4月新屋开工数据，这将是反映美国房地产市场的最重要数据。由于相对比美国其他的经济数据，房地产市场数据一直以来都是表现较差的数据之一，因此市场对今晚的新屋开工数据预期偏向于保守。
由于全美住宅建筑商协会(NAHB)周四公布的数据显示，美国5月住宅建筑商信心出人意料地降至一年来最低点，因对目前独栋房屋销售环境的看法恶化，盖过了对未来六个月楼市活动温和复苏的预期。读数低于50表示认为市况惨淡的建筑商人数多于认为市场状况良好的建筑商人数。5月读数是连续第四个月位于50以下，且为2013年5月来最低，当时录得44。该数据再一次显示美国楼市在过去几个月已失去动能。美国成屋销售首季每个月都下滑，而2月和3月的新屋销售也减少。因此，市场预期美国的房地产市场复苏尚不稳定。若今晚美国的新屋开工数据不如预期，那么市场则会继续预期美联储放缓退出QE的脚步，同时有利于金价打开上行通道。
技术分析：由黄金小时图上看，黄金在昨天晚上承压下挫，失守1300关口之后，再度形成了近期的顶部形态，而均线系统开始转为空头，MACD出现绿柱，说明短期内黄金空头的实力较为强大。同时，布林线三线均开始下行，预示短期内黄金辉出现一定程度的震荡下行走势。若黄金短期内无利好支撑，则难以突破1300关口，所谓久盘必跌，黄金将仍有下行空间。
操作建议：
做多：开仓1289 止盈1295 止损1281
做空：开仓1302 止盈1291 止损1308
