乌克兰问题或有转机 现货黄金震荡走低

根据最新消息报道，俄罗斯、美国、欧盟、乌克兰外长即将于当地时间17日坐到日内瓦谈判桌前。此次会谈名为“四方”，但实际唱主角的是俄美。两国领导人固然将各自国家利益置于首位，但同时也都在根据局势变化做出务实的判断。目前，普京与奥巴马通过信函和电话就如何管控危机交换了意见，两国外长更是就此多次磋商并提出各自方案。虽然俄美立场依旧尖锐对立，但外交解决危机的共识却已初步达成，这才有了如今的四方会谈。
关于乌东部紧张局势的升级，俄罗斯与美国一直在相互指责。美国要求俄罗斯敦促乌东部亲俄民众撤出州政府大楼，俄罗斯则要求美国施压基辅当局放弃对亲俄民众使用武力。目前，乌东部各方正处于僵持状态，但一旦其中一方采取过激行动，局势势必更加无法收拾。因此，投资者期待这一次四方会谈能够成为缓和乌克兰危机的开端，避免已经白热化的乌东部局势进一步恶化。
技术分析：由最新的黄金现货价格走势上看，黄金在欧洲盘前受到四方会谈消息影响出现了一波跳水，导致黄金最终失守1300关口，刷新日内新低1296美元，之后略有反弹，但直到目前为止尚未能修复1300关口，现货白银也受到影响，刷新日内新低19.46美元。虽然由均线系统上看，均线尚未呈现空头排列，但是自1277以来的上升趋势已经被破坏，加上日线KDJ已经出现死叉迹象，预计短期内黄金仍将承压向下。建议投资者本日以适当做空为主，日内压力线主要集中在1310一线，投资者可在1296附近建立空单，1305止损，1285止盈。
