黄金昨晚未能突破1330，金价上午在1315－1324之间，投资者也不敢急进，先把手上的好仓平掉。
近段时间消息跟数据都比较少，主要焦点放在债务上限问题发展。首先，总统奥巴马继续强硬，不愿与共和党妥协。然后，软弱民主党控制的参议院正计划周末就授权总统奥巴马可能是为期1年的上调目前16.7万亿美元发债上限决议案，进行测试表决。如果表决通过，又交回共和党控制的众议院表决，其实将责任推卸给共和党。最后，倔强共和党议长博纳星期日都表示过，如果奥巴马不愿意在医改法案上谈判，共和党将押后对债务上限的表决，到头来政府始终债务违约。
国际金价在中午时段受压因投资者等待美国会议记录的公布从而采取谨慎的态度而实金的需求也是短期支撑金价的因素，例如全球央行采购量少于900吨，而美国债务上限仍是全球的焦点，而共和党无条件提出调高债务上限一年以解决燃眉之急加上中国对美国采取不耐烦的态度催促美国解决问题，目前金价在1330元出现阻力位，开始有回软迹象而今日偏软为主，目标价看1305元。
今晚凌晨美国将公布上月的议息纪录，有分析师预计市场对此反应不大，因暂时的焦点是在美国政府停摆和债务上限的问题。另外有分析师则预测金价波幅较大，预测当在美市中段，美联储公布会议纪录后，金价波动较大，有机会上试1350美元附近，而今天区波动会较大，区间在1307~1355美元，但谨记严守止损。
本周五美国劳工部将公布失业率及非农业就业数据，投资者要注意金价已横行了一段时间，由今晚开始至月底，有多项重要消息公布，美国政府状态和财务情况亦会渐渐变得明朗化。
估计金价在此段时间作出突破，投资者不论方向如何，也要严守止损。
操作建议：
1316－1317买入，止损1310下方1325－1327沽出，1330上方止损。
