美国财政谈判未果 金价受利上升

由于美国公布的耐用品订单数据稍好于预期，加上8月新屋销售数据符合预期，昨晚的黄金价格由1330附近高点随即回落至1316美元/盎司。
在美国10月中旬债务危机的影响下，美国国会的财政谈判尚未有完善的解决方案，对于是否提高债务上限申请的问题，其国会官员没有达成一致意见，美国财长杰克卢预计下个月17日将面临债务上限，恳请国会尽快上调政府举债上限，避免重蹈2011年标普因债务上限问题下调美国AAA评级，而债务上限也将导致美国政府关门，受此因素影响，金价暂时获得上行动力，现已受基本面影响上升到1330附近。
现时伦敦现货黄金价格在1328-1337不到10美元的区间窄幅波动，南非最大的黄金生产商哈莫尼行政总裁布里格斯认为，现时的黄金价格稳定有利于降低采矿成本，从而提供更多的黄金产量，以刺激黄金的珠宝加工需求及潜在的投资需求。
由于中国下周进入国庆假日，故本周中国对黄金的投资需求可能有所体现，将出现不少的买盘支撑金价。
预计在美国财政政策未有确切指引和黄金价格走势平稳的情况下，金价将逐步回升，是日目标1340，宜1330位置买多，止蚀1318。
