黄绍山：英国脱欧法案表决

大田环球据消息得知，近日英国完成罕见的12月大选，最终是由现任英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊带领下帮助保守党获得本次议会的胜利。大选的结果保守党在650个席位当中拿到了363个，成为最多席位的党派，而科尔宾所带领的工党党派则拿到203个席位，剩下的则是拿到48个席位的苏格兰名族党以及11个席位的自由民主党，在保守党赢得大选并且避免了“悬浮议会”后，英国首相约翰逊也开始展开他的行动。
约翰逊乘胜狙击
大田环球据消息得知，英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊在赢得大选后并未松懈，在他所带领的保守党政府决定在圣诞节前把脱欧协议法案交回议会进行讨论，以便于确认在1月31日英国脱离欧盟的最后期限内即使通过，同时英国首相约翰逊打算通过修改法律来确保不延长脱欧的过渡期誓言脱欧过渡期并不会延期至2020年以后，但这也就意味着具体的细节需要在11个月内来敲定并完成。
但正因如此，若未能在明年12月月底前有效完成脱欧协议，那么英国也将再度面临无协议的脱欧风险，同时也让目前市场对于无协议脱欧情绪再度来临，短时间内英镑迎来大幅度下跌，并回吐大选后强势上涨的所有幅度。另外日内12月20日晚间23点30分将迎来大选后约翰逊脱欧协议在下议院首次的表决，届时英镑以及美元方面的波动也将有所增大。值得注意的是一旦重组后的下议院若未能通过，短期英镑将迎来进一步的下跌，而黄金方面也将会有部分的避险情绪产生，对黄金价格有所提振。
