黄绍山：日韩悄然响起贸易战争

在G20峰会刚过去不久，大田环球据消息得知日本经济产业省在北京时间7月1日宣布，从4日开始，日本分别对高纯度氟化氢、光致抗蚀剂和氟聚酰亚胺这三种半导体产业原材料出口至韩国加以限制，若然日本企业需要出售以上材料必须事先向日本申请批准，而以上的材料分别是用于智能手机、芯片等用途，这也意味着日本供应每次对韩国出口都要向日本政府申请批准，而申请时间一般为90天左右，至于能否出口的这个问题基本是由当下日本政府来判定。
韩国或出台反制措施
北京时间7月4日，韩国企划财政部长对此警告，若然日本长期限制对韩国企业出口半导体原材料，韩国也将会计划出台反制措施应对，与此同时大田环球据消息得知以为韩国政府官员认定日方限制出口是为世贸组织所禁止，并认定日本做法已违反《关税与贸易总协议》中对于撤销贸易限制的规定，同时将会对世界贸易组织提出申诉，但由于WTO需较长的处理时间，以致韩国方面不得不考虑出台反制措施以维持自身利益。而在韩国本土有不少民众因此在日本驻韩国大使馆前参加集会，在街头上举牌支持以“抵制日货清单”进行呼吁。
大田环球黄绍山认为，日本和韩国目前只是在贸易争端上的初期，但因为日本的限制，韩国各大企业未来的智能手机、芯片等领域成本上必然是有所大增，后续要着重留意双方以及韩国方面究竟会采取怎么样的一个反制措施，一旦韩国反制措施也出台，届时黄金方面除了美国不停对外发动的贸易战，日韩方面的纷争也将会令黄金出现避险提振的作用。
