黄绍山：英国大臣不满议案请辞

昨日11月15日，看似平静的一天实际上英国政坛却波澜不断，扯到英国相信很多人第一时间反应到就是英国脱离欧盟协议的事情，而在昨天因为这事情英国脱欧事务大臣拉布对脱欧协议的不满而辞职，令到英镑暴跌一夜回到解放前。
英国脱欧大臣辞职
大田环球据新闻报道，英国内阁经过漫长以及激烈的辩论后，在11月14日正式同意了脱欧协议草案，而欧盟委员会随后公布了585页的脱欧草案，下一步将交至英国议会审议，但美国脱欧事务大臣多米尼克·拉布于昨日英国当地时间11月15日在通过脱欧协议草案后辞职的第一位成员，拉布表示：“凭良心我不能支持我们与欧盟的协议所提出的条款”。除了改官员辞职以外，另外养老金部大臣艾斯特·麦克维，也在脱欧协议草案后提出请辞。
在消息传出后，英镑兑美元从1.3020附近高位开始大幅下跌，而昨日在下午英国公布季调后零售销售月率，而数据公布为-0.5%，与预期相差过大，并且刷新3月以来的最大跌幅，在数据以及消息面共同利空的情况下，昨日英镑兑美元最低到达1.2723位置暂时止跌，日内涨跌幅高达2.5%，跌幅接近1.7%，短期内英镑或者低位反弹或维持低位震荡，后市英镑走势笔者认为继续破低可能性不大，原因是脱欧议案目前还是较为顺利地通过，只是有部分的官员不赞同，而导致本轮英镑下跌的情况，只要脱欧议案能够顺利进行，英镑进一步下破的可能性不大。
