黄绍山：美俄又闹崩，俄国准备反击

此前，特朗普和普京的会谈，令双方的关系出现了稍微的转折点，从外人看来美国和俄罗斯两国后续或许有机会改善关系，并且共同合作进步，而且我们也看到特朗普曾经在G8峰会当中提及希望俄罗斯回归，但是大田环球黄绍山对此了解到美国国会的议员们可是气炸了花，各种指责特朗普对俄罗斯过于软弱，各种猜测特朗普是否有什么把柄在俄罗斯人的手上，甚至认为当年2016美国总统大选，俄罗斯也有参与干预，而受益者正是特朗普，也许双方所谓良好的关系只是特朗普和普京两人谈得较为投缘。
美国对俄实施两轮制裁
大田环球贵金属据新闻得知8月8日美国对俄罗斯进一步实施两轮制裁，其原因是此前俄罗斯在英国索尔兹伯里毒害一名俄罗斯间谍和其女儿。第一轮制裁全面禁止向俄罗斯出口电子设备和军民两用配套产品，8月22日生效，同时美国要求俄罗斯保证今后不再使用化学武器并接受联合国审查，若俄罗斯不能在90天内满足该条件，第二轮制裁将会接踵而来，而第二轮的制裁则个增加之严峻，当中包括限制莫斯科航空班机飞往美国，限制美国银行贷款，甚至乎全面禁运以及降格外交关系。
俄罗斯回应
俄罗斯外交部在8月9日表示，将对美国制裁采取报复措施，但俄罗斯方面仍希望与美国保持“建设性的关系”，若第一轮制裁措施实行，俄方将研究新的措施以回应美国制裁，回应措施将是对等。而对于索尔兹伯里事件，俄罗斯和普京方面也多次澄清以及否认与事件有所关联。
