林幽沃：中美摩擦加大，美元指數顯露疲態
在近期全球貿易進一步受到挑戰，特朗普再次擴大加增稅收的清單至2000億美元，進一步滲透各個領域，但主要攻擊對象仍然是製造業。現在特朗普政府不僅要打擊高端科技產業，也在不斷通過各種政策來吸引低端製造業的回流，令到我國受到的考驗較為嚴峻。
在中美摩擦的影響下，美元指數在前期一直高歌猛進，原因是市場認為美國經濟復蘇領先於其他國家，另一方面，美聯儲率先進入加息週期令美國基準利率不斷上升，也吸引了熱錢換成美元，從而令到美元指數上漲。
但就在近期，美元指數的走勢仿佛不像此前如此強勢，在多次上攻未能突破前高的情況下，整體走勢顯露出疲態，甚至在技術面上也出現了日線背離的跡象。雖然目前走勢未能確認下跌，但多次上攻未能破高已成事實。
大田環球分析師林幽沃認為，在美元遲遲未能破高的情況下有形成頭部的跡象，而另一方面歐元和英鎊都出現了二次回踩低點的走勢。所有非美貨幣與以美元計價的商品都命懸一線，美元如果繼續發力破高，非美貨幣與商品都會陷入恐慌式下跌，需要注意風險。
