關鍵詞：油價暴跌，利比亞港口恢復
周三油價同樣出現暴跌，跌幅近7%，由高位直接跌回至70下方，這個下跌幅度也是油價兩年來最大的的跌幅，即使美國EIA原油庫存創下2016年9月份以來最大單周降幅，也未能阻止油價大跌。其主要原因可能是在於此前利比亞宣布重新開放關鍵的石油出口港口，再加上部分消息面開始對於原油轉向不利局面。
利比亞港口恢復
利比亞昨日宣布重新開放主要石油出口港口，利比亞國有的國家石油公司周三稱，在壹個武裝派系交出對東部石油港口的控制權後，該公司將解除這些港口的不可抗力狀態，這為石油生產回歸正常水平鋪平了道路。
美元依舊強勢
美元走勢目前依舊強勢，昨日反彈力度非常強大，此前的頭部形態無法延續，由於油價以美元計算，美元的走強自然也會在壹定程度上給原油帶來施壓，包括所有的非美貨幣昨天走勢都相當低迷。
美國放寬限制伊朗
昨日還傳出了壹條消息，美國可能放寬限制伊朗原油出口的制裁，美國國務卿蓬佩奧當地時間周二表示，正考慮對部分國家豁免本將於11月4日生效的伊朗石油全面禁運協議。伊朗出口如果能夠得到放寬，市場的產量會得到提升。
產量已正在增加
上次OPEC會議已經就產量增加問題進行了討論，當時油價也是壹度承壓，只是後來因為增產量不及預期，導致油價再沖了壹波，但最新OPEC月度報告顯示，OPEC以外的產油國2019年將提供足夠多的石油產量，來滿足需求的增長。預計非OPEC產油國2019年石油供應將增加210萬桶/日，增幅有望創五年來最大。
