黄绍山：欧元区陷入困境
最近欧元方面受到不少的消息面打压，导致欧元一直处在于一个疲软状态，而昨日欧元跳空高开后，最高上涨至1.1728，最低跌至1.1607，收盘价格在1.1628。本以为本次的跳空高开将会迎来欧元一轮较为强劲的反弹行情，可结果却出现了对于欧元十分不利的消息面，导致欧元迎来跳水行情。
大田环球据外媒报道，意大利总统马塔雷拉在周日拒绝了一位对于欧元前景并不好看的经济学家保罗·萨沃纳出任财政部长，此后27日晚，意大利新总理孔特向总统提出放弃组阁任务请求。而最新消息显示，意大利总统马塔雷拉授权前IMF官员，经济学家Carlo Cottarelli组建新政府，并称重新大选可能会在2019年初进行。
而另外一方面西班牙首相拉霍伊将在6月1日面临不信任投票，而所谓不信任投票指的是让议会为表决对政府，或是内阁的人信任而进行的投票，一般规定投票必须以过半票数才能生效，那么本次对霍伊进行不信任投票主要是因为此前一批被裁定贪污等罪名的商人当中包括人民党的司库以及拉霍伊的亲信也在其中，使得反对党怀疑拉霍伊的诚信，并要求他辞职。
目前反对党社会党将会向议会提出不信任动议，而公民党则要求霍伊提前举行大选，否则也将提出不信任动仪，而西班牙首相拉霍伊则表示将会击退所有的不信任动议，完成四年任期，并拒绝提前举行大选。
大田环球贵金属黄绍山认为，由于投资者担心意大利将会再度举行大选，再加上西班牙方面对首相启动不信任投票机制，令到欧洲市场当时引发欧元/美元迅速下挫，而美元指数方面则受到提振持续上扬，意大利当地股债暴跌，两年期国债收益率创下六年以来最大单日涨幅，面对欧盟国家中不同的问题，未来一段时间欧元想要再次走强也是一件相对困难的事情了。
