欧洲央行刺激计划或不会达到理想规模

欧洲央行消息人士表示，央行买入民间资产的计划可能不会达到央行的目标，可能给明年初央行采取更大胆行动带来压力，购买政府公债成为可选项。欧洲央行上周开始买入有担保债券，且计划在今年稍晚买入有资产担保的证券(ABS)，两者均视为促进企业借贷的举措，从而支撑欧元区经济。不过，ABS市场流动性低，以及欧洲央行可购买的高质量ABS供应稀少，意味着央行目前的计划难以达到刺激经济的效果。
英国央行副总裁夏菲克表示，英国央行需要看到更多迹象显示物价压力上升，然后才会把利率从纪录低点调升。夏菲克在接受英国金融时报(FT)采访时表示，“没有明显证据”显示经济中的通胀压力不断增加，劳动市场仍然存在闲置。这是她8月上任以来最为明确的货币政策评论。
