达拉斯联邦储备银行总裁费希尔在接受CNBC采访时表示，最近的市场波动丝毫未改变他对前景的看法，最近的市场波动不应阻止美联储结束购债计划。他认为通胀并无下滑，也没有上涨压力。费希尔以前表示预计会在2015年春季开始升息，但周一拒绝重申这个观点，称升息决定应该基于经济数据。
