美国8月成屋销售意外减少，房价过高

美国8月成屋销售意外下滑，因投资者离场，不过是次下滑或并不意味着疲势卷土重来。全美不动产协会(NAR)周一公布，美国8月成屋销售较前月下降1.8%，年率为505万户；此次下降为四个月来首见，不过销售步伐为年内迄今第二高。分析师原预估成屋销售会增至520万户。8月成屋销售较上年同期相比减少5.3%。数据公布后房地产类股下跌，表现落后大盘。
另外，美国奥巴马政府表示，将针对“税负倒置”等企业避税之道采取数项行动，将降低税负倒置企业所能得到的税负优惠，以及让实现税负倒置的困难度升高。财政部高级官员表示，新的税负倒置规定生效日期是周一。
财政部长杰克卢表示：“在实施后，能够有意义地降低税负倒置的经济效益，以及可能的话，可以全然阻止税负倒置，从这两方面来看，这些首批有针对性的举措对压制用来逃避美国赋税的旁门左道有重大进展。
