各国政府必须配合欧洲央行的促增长措施–欧元集团主席
欧元集团主席迪塞尔布洛姆周六称，仅靠欧洲央行(ECB)不能提振欧元区迟滞的经济，各国政府也需要果断进行改革。
迪塞尔布洛姆称，他支持欧央行总裁德拉吉周四为促增长采取的意外之举，尽管过于宽松的货币政策附带风险，有可能动摇政府采取必要举措的决心。
“但我认为在目前的形势下，只有这些货币政策是不够的，”他在意大利一商业会议间隙对记者称。
“各国政界面临进行改革的压力，我们对改革期待已久。货币政策方面已经做得非常多了，不能只依赖它们。”
本周公布的数据显示，欧元区经济第二季出现停滞，意大利自2008年以来第三度陷入衰退。
欧洲央行(ECB)周四将利率降至纪录新低，并出台新计划向疲弱的欧元区经济注入资金。这令市场感到意外，且为更多刺激举措出炉留出空间。
迪塞尔布洛姆称，政府应以“有利于增长”的方式改善公共财政，促进投资支出，并进行改革提高竞争力。
他表示，相信采取这些政策，加上欧洲央行的货币政策举措，能使欧元区经济复苏回到正轨。
