美成屋销售意外下滑，但服务业稳健扩张

美国6月成屋待完成销售指数较前月意外下滑，不过该数据基本上并未改变外界的看法，即楼市在2013年末重挫后，目前正逐步复原。周一出炉的另一项报告显示，7月服务业活动守在四年半高位，这说明经济在第三季初期动力十足。全美不动产协会(NAR)称，6月成屋待完成销售指数下滑1.1%至102.7。该指数在此前三个月连续上升。数据公布后，美国股市下跌，PHLX地产股指数下滑逾1%。
