德国商报报导称，德国第二大银行–德国商业银行正在扩大成本节约计划范围，将财务部门部分业务外包，其中包括会计。2009年与德利银行合并遭到严重损失后，该行获得了180亿欧元(242亿美元)救助。此后该行一直艰难地进行整顿。据知情人士透露，公司将再裁员逾450人。德国商业银行正在进行四年内第二次大幅削减成本计划；该行去年宣布将在45,000名员工中裁员5,200人，并承诺把管理层削减20%。
