中央行在巴黎和卢森堡建立人民币清算

中国人民银行宣布，周六分别与法兰西银行和卢森堡中央银行签署合作备忘录，将在巴黎和卢森堡建立人民币清算安排；之后，将确定巴黎和卢森堡的人民币业务清算行。周日刊登在中国央行网站的新闻稿称，巴黎和卢森堡人民币清算安排的建立，将有利于中法和中卢两国企业和金融机构使用人民币进行跨境交易，进一步促进贸易、投资自由化和便利化。
此前在周五中瑞银行界人士举办的非官方活动中，瑞士央行总裁和财长做东款待中国人民银行行长周小川，瑞方席间表示瑞士有资格成为人民币交易中心。瑞士银行业协会(SBA)称，双方正在努力安排人民币-瑞郎互换，允许通过瑞士一家银行进行人民币清算。
