欧洲央行或维持低利率直到2016年

奥地利皇冠报(Krone)刊登的采访显示，欧洲央行管委会委员诺沃特尼称，该行可能不会在2016年前将利率从纪录低点上调，要到2016年欧元区经济才会开始更强劲地增长。“利率只会在经济明显增长时才进行调整，比如逾2%的增长率，但从当前角度来看，那一增长率在2016年之前都难以实现。”诺沃特尼并称，欧元区只显露了复苏的萌芽。
欧洲央行总裁德拉吉表示，大规模资产购买是央行的可用工具之一，但现在央行聚焦于最新推出的一轮刺激措施。他接受荷兰报纸采访时称，欧元区经济复苏仍然疲弱、不均衡并且容易受到冲击，利率将在更长一段时间内保持在低位。
