日本央行每月将买入6-8万亿日圆公债

日本央行调整公债购买计划，以允许央行在必要时增加短债购买并减少买入长债，以防止其持有债券的存续期变得过长。
日本央行现在打算每月购入6-8万亿日圆公债。之前央行称每月购债规模将超过7万亿日圆。央行表示，从下月起将每月购买1,100-2,000亿日圆年期不到一年的债券。之前的目标是每月购入约1,100亿日圆短债。每月买进存续期超过10年的债券的目标规模调整到1,500-3,500亿日圆，目前为2,000-3,000亿日圆。其他年期的债券每月购买目标则维持不变。
日本央行的策略相当于每月买进约70%新发行的公债。本周四公布的新指引于6月2日生效，新指引并未改变央行的超宽松货币政策立场。
