日本央行周三维持货币政策不变，其公布的经济预估凸显出坚信通胀将会稳步迈向2%的目标，近期不会出台更多刺激措施。央行在展望报告中预测，核心消费物价涨幅今年将会加速上升，并且从2015年中开始的至少两年里，都将保持在2%左右。但央行总裁黑田东彦表示，目前讨论终止量化宽松时程仍为时过早；若2%物价目标面临威胁仍将毫不迟疑调整政策的立场未有改变。

日本3月工业生产较前月上升0.3%，预估为成长0.5%。制造企业预计4月生产下滑1.4%，5月增长0.1%。
