中国央行：2014年M2增速将前低后高

中国人民银行调查统计司司长盛松成称，今年M2增速将走出前低后高的曲线，预计全年将达到13%左右。盛松成表示，从统计的角度看，由于去年M2同期基数较高，两相比较后，显得今年的增速较低。此外，新型金融产品对货币的分流转化也是当前货币供应量增速较低的一个原因。他并表示，信贷的地区结构、投向结构以及金融机构信贷资源结构继续得到改善。盛松成指出，银行间市场利率是逐月回落的。“总体看，市场流动性较为充裕，利率有所下降，这有利于实体经济降低融资成本。”分析人士认为，央行公布的3月数据显示，资金供求两端的增速，需求端仍明显高于供给端。而资金供求两端增速的不同导致缺口仍不小，势必会对经济增长造成压力，进而导致风险趋增。财政政策等未来需要有更多的扶助，货币政策明显放松的空间暂有限，更多地只能是微调。
