欧央行总裁德拉吉称欧元走强或触发QE

欧洲央行总裁德拉吉周六表示，若欧元持续走强，欧洲央行将进一步放宽政策。此时全球财经高官不断向欧洲施压，要求其采取措施击退通缩威胁。德拉吉称，欧元汇率在决策过程中的影响愈发重要，将成为决策的诱因。这是迄今为止欧洲央行就准备实施刺激性资产购买计划发出的最明确信号。德拉吉周六指出，欧元在过去一年的升值是导致欧元区通胀率降至当前低位的重要因素，令通胀年率最多降低0.5个百分点。德拉吉称，有两个因素可能促使央行作出任何决定：“一个是出现我们不愿看到的货币融资环境紧缩，另一个是中期经济前景恶化。”
此外，欧洲央行管委诺沃特尼预计，欧洲央行在6月获得更多数据时会决定可能实施量化宽松政策。管委魏德曼说，欧元区爆发全面通缩的风险“很低”，预期欧元区经济将回暖，通胀率会逐渐增加。他表示，ECB已经明确表明将对长期低通胀作出有效应对。
