花旗：3月美国就业情况将好转 4月才会出现报复性反弹

美国劳工部将于下周五(4月4日)发布3月份非农就业数据，而业内机构花旗集团(Citigroup)指出，在遭遇了此前的冬季严寒恶劣天气影响之后，美国非农就业人数增幅状况料会在春季录得报复性反弹，在未来数月间可能会录得单月增加逾30万就业人口的巨大增幅。
不过，花旗集团指出，美国就业人数增幅究竟在何时才会录得逾30万的巨大增幅，目前仍无法确定，但至少在3月份就出现这一状况的可能性不大，原因在于虽然冬季气候在当月已经接近尾声，但影响犹存，今年3月份美国多数地区的平均气温仍然比常年同期明显偏低，因此虽然3月份的非农就业人数增幅状况可能相比2月份进一步好转，但期待中的就业“井喷”还要再等上一段时间，至少要到4月份才会出现。
花旗因而预计，3月份美国非农就业人数料将增加约24万人。
