若美国经济数据不佳 耶伦将考虑暂停减码

联储局(FED)主席耶伦27日表示，央行将严密监控美国经济复苏状况，如果数据不佳的状况没有改善，将考虑暂停购债减码的计划。在出席参议院银行委员会听证会时，耶伦指出，近期发布的数据普遍低于预期，严寒天气是原因之一，但程度强弱目前尚无法有效衡量。耶伦强调，购债减码并无预设路程，展望若有明显改变，可以重新考虑，不过目前暂时还无法下结论。
在谈到近期引发投资人恐慌的比特币(Bitcoin)时，耶伦认为比特币或其它虚拟货币在银行业务范畴之外，也没有集中发行机构，因此央行无责也无权予以监管，她建议国会先将比特币的法律架构界定清楚。
