FED委员支持升息 时机或较预期快

量化宽松(QE)规模减码还未过半，何时升息已成为联储局(FED)争论议题，且时机可能较预期要来的更快。
FED所属公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)1月28-29日会议记录显示，尽管美国通膨仍旧偏低，但多数与会委员还是支持继续缩减购债规模。除此之外，还有少数极鹰派委员建议FED近期内就应该升息。
一位支持升息的委员认为实质利率已开始走扬，唯有透过调高利率的手段，才能确保通膨压力维持稳定。
尽管支持升息的委员仍属少数，但这至少意谓着FED在维持多年的超低利率宽松环境与QE的政策输血后，第一次升息的时机终于浮出台面。据华尔街日报报导，目前市场预估FED升息的时间应该在2015年中旬，这与部分FOMC委员预期一至。
此前，FED曾表示失业率降至6.5%时将考虑升息，但随着美国失业率下降的速度超出预期，一月已降至五年新低的6.6%，导致FED之后被迫改口宣示，即使失业率降至6.5%以下，低利率政策也不会有所改变。
委员认为FED在这一方面必须修改前瞻指引来向市场说清楚其意图，但至于是透过降低失业率门坎，或引进更多升息指标则还没有共识。
