中英经济利多 美国殖利率升

联储局(FED)主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)昨(11)日在国会表示量化宽松货币政策(QE)将持续减码、加上中国与英国经济出现利多消息,带动美国10年期公债殖利率12日连续第2个交易日走升。Bloomberg Bond Trader报价显示,纽约债市12日尾盘时,美国10年期公债殖利率上涨4个基点至2.76%;盘中最高触及2.78%,创1月29日以来新高。债券价格与殖利率呈现反向走势。
耶伦昨(11)日在首度赴国会作证时,向共和党主导的众议院金融服务委员会(The House Financial Services Committee)表示,会延续前任主席柏南克(Ben S. Bernanke)的政策,缓步缩减QE规模。她并暗示,改变作法的门坎很高,宣称QE减码步伐只会在经济展望明显恶化时才会暂停。她不但对美国经济表达信心,同时还说全球金融市场最近的动荡并未对美国经济展望构成严重风险。除了耶伦对美国经济投下信心票之外,大陆、英国也传来经济利多。大陆海关总署12日公布,按美元计价,大陆1月进出口总值3,824亿美元、年增10.3%。其中,出口2,071.3亿美元、年增10.6%,优于路透社调查预计的2%;进口1,752.7亿美元、年增10%,亦优于预期的3%;1月贸易顺差318.6亿美元,扩大14%,高于预期的236.5亿美元。
此外,英国央行(BOE)12日则将2014年的国内生产毛额(GDP)成长率预估值由原本的2.8%大幅上修至3.4%。公债价格近期走软吸引了来自国外的逢低买盘抢进。美国财政部12日标售240亿美元10年期公债时,间接投标者(indirect bidder,包含外国央行在内)认购了49.7%,创2013年6月以来新高,也高于过去10次拍卖的平均值42.6%。
