原油价格上涨 担忧新兴市场需求影响

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）3月原油期货1月24日下跌0.68美元或0.7%成为每桶96.64美元，因担忧新兴市场需求的影响，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）3月布兰特原油上涨0.3美元或0.3%成为每桶107.88美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的10.26美元扩大至11.24美元。周线NYMEX原油上涨2.4%，布兰特原油上涨1.3%。
俄新网1月24日报导，俄罗斯天然气工业出口公司发言人谢尔盖-布祖利亚克表示，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司预计2014年向欧洲出口1500至1555亿立方公尺天然气，或较去年水平减少4%至7%。2013年俄气公司向欧洲供应天然气1614.8亿立方公尺，增长16%；平均供应价格为每千立方公尺380美元，降幅为5.5%。
法国道达尔石油集团执行长马哲睿24日在瑞士达沃斯表示，道达尔将利用在英国开采页岩气的经验，来证明在法国也可以安全开采页岩气，以说服政府解除页岩气开采禁令。
欧盟委员会近日表示，欧盟并不禁止开采页岩气，这意味着各成员国可自行决定是否允许开发这一天然气资源。欧盟成员国在这一问题上分歧严重，法国禁止使用水力压裂技术勘探开采页岩气，但英国和波兰允许。
截至1月17日当周，美国炼油厂日均原油加工量较前周减少51.5万桶至1,520万桶，炼油厂产能利用率较前周90.0%下滑至86.5%。汽油日均产量较前周830万桶增加至850万桶，蒸馏油日均产量较前周470万桶减少至450万桶。原油日均进口量为750万桶，较前周增加65.5万桶；过去4周的原油进口日均量为750万桶，较去年同期减少4.2%。汽油日均进口量为52.8万桶，蒸馏油日均进口量为19.1万桶。
作为需求的指标，美国过去4周日均油品供应量为1,880万桶，较去年同期增加2.5%。其中，汽油日均供应量年减0.1%至830万桶，蒸馏油日均供应量年增5.2%至350万桶，航空燃油日均供应量年增7.4%。汽油日均需求805.9万桶，前周与去年同期分别为802.1万桶与843.1万桶；蒸馏油产量较前周的日均470.9万桶减少至446.8万桶。
截至1月17日当周，美国原油日均产量较前周25年新高的815.9万桶减少至805.2万桶，去年同期为698.9万桶。EIA月报表示，在页岩油产量增长的带动下，2013年美国日均原油产量年增100万桶至750万桶，预计今明两年将持续提升至日均850万桶与930万桶，如果预测达成，则2015年美国日均原油产量将创下自1972年（960万桶）以来的新高。
