中国经济放缓 原油价格收低

欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）3月布兰特原油收低0.13美元或0.1%成为每桶106.35美元，主要受到中国大陆经济数据放缓的影响；纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）2月原油期货电子盘最新报价下跌0.35美元或0.4%成为每桶94.02美元，美国市场周一因马丁·路德·金纪念日（Martin Luther King Jr. Day）休市一天。大陆统计局20日公布，大陆2013年12月规模以上工业增加值年增9.7%，创下五个月新低，2013年1-12月规模以上工业增加值年增9.7%。2013年大陆国内生产总值56兆8,845亿元人民币，年增7.7%，超过年初制定的7.5%的增长目标，但仍创下14年新低。趋势新闻社（Trend News Agency）1月20日报导，阿塞拜疆国家统计委员会公布，2013年该国原油与凝析油产量较上年度的4,298万吨增加至4,310万吨，天然气产量则是较上年度的172.4亿立方公尺增加至179亿立方公尺，主要产量来自于里海的ACG油田（Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli），以及该国最大的沙赫德尼兹气田（Shah Deniz）。
石油输出国组织（OPEC）月报预估，哈萨克斯坦2014年原油日产量将年增9万桶至173万桶，该国去年第四季的产量达到创新高的日均169万桶。OPEC也预估，哈萨克斯坦田吉兹油田（Tengiz）的日均产量将较去年的55万桶增加至2019年的80万桶。哈萨克斯坦有半数原油产量来自田吉兹与卡拉恰甘纳克（Karachaganak）两大油田，其中田吉兹油田的扩充项目卡沙干（Kashagan）将是中期的主要增长来源。全球第三大油田服务公司贝克休斯（Baker Hughes Inc.）（BHI.US）公布，截至1月17日，美国石油与天然气探勘井数量较前周增加23座至1,777座，此创下9个月来的最大增幅；较去年同期增加28座，石油与天然气探勘井分别年增92座与年减64座。
上周，NYMEX原油期货上涨1.8%，天然气期货上涨6.7%。贝克休斯统计的探勘井是指为开发以及探勘新油气储藏所设的钻井（钻机）数量。贝克休斯的数据显示，美国石油探勘井数量较前周增加15座至1,408座，创下一个月新高；天然气探勘井数量较前周的半年新低增加8座至365座，其他探勘井（主要用于地热能源）数量较前周持平为4座。就技术分类，美国主要用于探勘页岩油与页岩气的水平探勘井数量较前周增加15座至1,173座，创下2012年7月以来的新高；垂直探勘井较前周增加13座至385座，定向井较前周减少5座至219座。就地域来看，美国陆上探勘井较前周增加23座至1,700座，海上探勘井较前周持平为57座，内陆水域的探勘井较前周持平为20座。
