褐皮书：制造业零售业景气乐观 美国经济加温

联储局(Fed)4日发布「褐皮书（Beige Book）」指出，在制造业与消费支出的带动下，美国经济成长热度介于普通至温热之间。
褐皮书主要综整Fed共12个分行辖区的景气概况，资料收集时间自10月至11月22止。报告显示，美国各地经济表现好坏不齐，有7个地区成长持稳，但也有4个地区扩张速度放慢，至于波士顿FED则反映成长加速。
多数分行制造业，尤其是科技与汽车业对近期景气表示乐观。零售业者反映消费支出增加，但对年末假日销售旺季展望则暂持保留态度。
尽管10月政府关门对部分地区观光旅游业造成冲击，但多数地区旅游业仍有成长。营建活动持续增强，尤其是公寓等集合住宅，但部分低区独户住宅销售则有减缓的状况。
就业成长脚步持平或有些许加快，表现较佳的产业有营建、软件、制造与健康医疗业等。另外，部分雇主反映合格劳工难找，尤其是针对高技术职缺。
整体而言，物价上涨压力维持平稳。不过，多数分行辖区对医改法案可能增加生活支出感到担忧。FED预定在12月17至18日召开货币决策会议，褐皮书将是决策委员的参考依据。
