英国10月通胀率下降不及预期 英镑贬值

英国10月份通货膨胀率下降速度超出预期，自前月的2.7%下滑0.5个百分点至2.2%，不仅是自去年9月以来新低，且不及彭博社调查预估的2.5%。
英国统计局官员表示，油价走跌导致交通成本降低是通膨降温的主因。排除酒精、烟酒与能源价格不计之核心通膨率趋缓更为明显，由9月份的2.2%滑落至1.7%，此为2009年9月以来新低。
英国央行默认通膨目标为2%。通膨趋缓不仅使的央行升息的压力减轻，并导致英镑汇价创下近两个月新低。嘉实XQ全球赢家报价系统显示，截至北京时间13日00时38分(GMT+8)止，英镑兑美元贬值0.43%至1.5919，为9月17日以来新低；英镑兑欧元贬0.59%至1.1581。另外，英国10年期国债殖利率盘中下滑3个基点至2.78%。
英国央行总裁卡尼(Mark Carney)之前曾宣示，失业率降至7%以前都没有升息的打算，且预判2016年底前，失业率都难以达标。英国央行周三(13日)将发布最新景气预估。
