彭博社料3月美联储减码 欧元走高

欧元相对于美元、日圆11日走高。嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，截至11日纽约汇市尾盘欧元兑美元升值0.34%至1.3407、3个交易日以来首度走升。欧元兑日圆升值0.47%至132.99、连续第2个交易日走升。美国债市11月11日因退伍军人节休市一天，汇市也因呈现交投清淡。
彭博社报导，Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.首席汇率策略师Marc Chandler在受访时指出，尽管美国上周公布的就业数据不错、欧洲央行(ECB)意外降息，但从技术面的角度来看欧元应该会先弹高。他说，投资人当下不应追空欧元、而是该逢高再行出脱。
根据彭博社11月8日针对32位经济学家所做的调查，美国联储局(FED)将会等到2014年3月18-19日会议才会宣布缩减月度买债规模(自850亿美元降至700亿美元)。报导指出，全球汇率战似乎又有死灰复燃的迹象。就在ECB意外宣布降息的当天，捷克进行11年来首见的汇市干预行动。新西兰、澳洲也都表达不希望自家汇率过高的态度。
Thomson Reuters报导，珍妮特耶伦(Janet Yellen)在美国参议院银行委员会的FED主席任命听证会将于美东时间11月14日上午10点整登场。立场偏向鸽派的耶伦。
美元兑菲律宾披索11日升值0.72%至43.56、创8月27日以来最大单日升值幅度；盘中最高点43.62创9月17日以来新高。甫遭台风重挫的菲国接下来恐将面临另一个新台风考验。菲律宾股市11日下跌1.42%、收6,265.23点，连续第7个交易日收低，创10月1日以来收盘新低。
