奥巴马说谎 健保绩效惨不忍睹

美国奥巴马总统筹划多年、不惜政府关门也要力推的平民健保自10月1日上路以来，不仅官网HealthCare.gov频频出包引发民怨，实际绩效更是惨不忍睹。
健保监管机构CCIIO指出，由于网络塞车等技术问题无法克服，健保官网前两日一直处于在无法运作状态，导致上线前两日仅有248人完成加保手续，这与奥巴马政府之前对外宣称两日有6百万人登录的政绩天差地远。
事实上，CCIIO战情中心会议纪录显示，官网上线首日，能克服万难顺利上网登录并完成健保登记的只有6人，目前约有4万申请者在后面排队，而这还只是冰山之一脚。据国会办公室估计，美国目前没有保险并符合平民健保纳保资格的人数约有7百万人。
健保官网出师不利也使得奥巴马声望蒙尘，据华尔街/NBC 10月30日所作民调，奥巴马民意支持率荡至历史新低，仅42%表示认可，低于月初调查的47%，不满意者比例则上升至51%。
