10月PMI指数优于预期 创11年4月最佳表现

美国供应管理协会(ISM)公布10月份制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)优于预期，较前月上升0.2至56.4，不仅连5个月上扬且创2011年4月以来最佳表现。
PMI指数高于50象征景气扩张，反之则为萎缩，今年以来，仅5月PMI不及50。据彭博社调查，经济学家原预估PMI指数将下滑至55，调查区间介于52.5至57.5。在PMI组成分项表现方面，新接订单指数上升0.1至60.6，未完成订单指数上升2至51.5，库存指数上升2.5至52.5，价格指数下滑1至55.5，出口指数上升5至57，进口指数自上升0.5至55.5。另外，生产指数下滑1.8至60.8，就业指数下滑2.2至53.2。
制造业约占美国GDP的12%。据统计，PMI长期高于42.2代表整体经济呈现扩张，因此连同10月在内，美国经济已连续第53个月增长。
