日本失业率下滑 4个月三度改善

根据日本总务省29日发表的统计数据显示，2013年9月份日本国内经季节因素调整后的失业率(速报值)为4.0%，较前月下滑0.1个百分点，4个月来第3度呈现改善，持平于Thomson Reuters事前所作调查的预估值。
9月份日本经季节因素调整后的就业人数为6,319万人，较前月增加了19万人，3个月来第2度呈现增长；失业人口为263万人，较前月减少9万人，5个月来第4度呈现减少；非劳动人口(退休或退出职场)为4,504万人，较前月减少9万人，连续第2个月呈现减少。
另外，9月份日本未经季节因素调整的就业人数为6,359万人，较去年同月增加51万人，连续第9个月呈现增长；失业人口为258万人，较去年同月减少17万人，连续第40个月呈现下滑。
当月日本劳动参与率(15岁以上劳动人口就业率)为57.3%，较去年同月上扬0.5个百分点，其中65岁以上高龄人口就业率为20.8%，较去年同月上扬0.4个百分点。
此外，根据日本厚生劳动省同(29)日公布的数据显示，2013年9月份日本经季节性因素调整后的有效求人倍数(求才求职比)为0.95倍，持平于前月水平，已连续第5个月维持在0.9倍以上水平、惟逊于日经QUICK News事前所作调查0.96倍的预估值。0.95倍代表每位日本求职者平均可获得0.95个工作会。
