奥巴马：未及时化解债务危机 美经济将衰退

欧股9日持续走软，尽管三大指数盘中数度力争上游，但无奈午盘后随着美股开盘走跌、市场担忧美债违约的情绪再度弥漫，致使指数于尾盘急转直下，终场再度无功而返。
嘉实XQ全球赢家报价系统显示，德国DAX指数跌0.46%(39.2点)至8516.69点；英国FTSE-100指数跌0.44%(27.92点)至6337.91点；法国CAC-40指数跌0.16%(6.48点)至4127.05点。
区域性指针欧洲Stoxx-600指数下挫0.6%至305.13，已是连续第三日收跌，本周累计跌幅达1.5%。
奥巴马总统前日警告，国会若未及时化解债限危机，美国将面临经济急剧衰退的风险。此前，他还曾致电共和党籍众议院议长贝纳(John Boehner)重申，债限议题没有妥协的余地。美财政部评估举债上限将在10月17日触顶，国会预算办公室估算债务违约日期可能会落在22至31日。
阿尔卡特-朗讯(Alcatel-Lucent SA)重挫6.9%至2.58欧元，创1月8日以来最大单日跌幅。外媒日前报导指出该公司拟组织减编10,000人，以削减10亿欧元的成本支出。不过，法国总理Jean-Marc Ayrault表示，在未取得共识前，不会同意这项计划。
韦丹塔资源公司(Vedanta Resources PLC)下挫4.7%至1,020便士，主因该公司透露，会计年度第二季津巴布韦铜矿产出衰退26%，而印度卡纳塔克邦(Karnataka)铁矿区仍处在停工状态。
德国药品大盘商Celesio跌2.6%至19.96欧元。德国商业银行调降Celesio投资评等至「中立」，认为该公司大股东不会同意美国同业McKesson在两公司合并后取得Celesio的经营权。
