NYMEX原油期货下跌 因担忧美国债务违约

纽约商业交易所（NYMEX）11月原油期货10月7日下跌0.81美元或0.8%成为每桶103.03美元，主要担忧美国债务违约的影响，欧洲ICE期货交易所（ICE Futures Europe）11月布兰特原油收低0.22美元或0.2%成为每桶109.68美元。两者的价差由前一交易日的5.62美元扩大至6.65美元。
美国联邦政府关门进入第二周，但投资人更担心的是美国会发生史上第一次倒债事件，而随着举债上限逐日逼近，美国债务违约的机率也跟着上升。美国众议院议长博纳（John Boehner）表示，如果欧巴马总统不就债务上限做出妥协，美国将必然走向违约。
新加坡主权财富基金淡马锡控股（Temask）与中国石油化工（0386.HK）今夏过后各自与西班牙最大的石油企业Repsol接洽，均有意收购Repsol持有的47亿欧元西班牙最大天然气公司Gas Natural股份。Repsol持有30%的Gas Natural股份，Repsol管理层希望出售其中的25%。
淡马锡持有Repsol6.3%的股份，为该公司第四大股东，中石化则为Repsol于巴西油田的合作伙伴。二者均被西班牙政府视为Gas Natural的稳定长期投资者，都是这次收购的有力竞争对手。
俄新网10月7日报导，俄罗斯总统普京表示，俄罗斯计划扩大与亚太地区各国在能源领域的合作，包括通过液化天然气出口自由化的方式。他还表示，已开始实施一系列管道输气项目，包括修建萨哈林管道工程，未来可能通过北韩或者穿越海底向南韩输送天然气的支线，以及至少两个对华输气项目。
普京指出，合作包括天然气、高科技以及核能。他表示，俄罗斯积极在中国和印度发展能源合作，并在”后福岛时代核能安全原则”成功实施系列核能领域大型项目。俄罗斯在水力发电方面也在落实一系列本国的大型项目，这可使俄国向亚太国家出口电力。普京还指出，将扩大这方面的合作。
