OECD：预计到2014年欧元区才实现正增长

经济合作暨发展组织(OECD)首席经济学家帕多安(Pier Carlo Padoan)周二表示，欧元区仍是个”相当大的风险来源”，即使因欧债危机引发的系统性风险正在减弱。
帕多安称，预计到2014年欧元区经济才能实现正增长，2013年仍料负增长，尽管包括葡萄牙在内的很多国家经济正在恢复增长 。
他称，2014年欧元区应进行结构性整固，使自然的稳定因素发挥作用。并表示，中国的低通胀率为宽松货币政策提供余地，但需要谨慎。
