美8月新屋开工数据增0.9% 低于预期

美国商务部9月18日公布，经季节性因素调整后，8月份新屋开工年率较前月修正值88.3万栋增加0.9%至89.1万栋；其中独户住宅新屋开工月增7%至62.8万栋，集合住宅（5户或更多）月减9.4%至25.2万栋。与去年同期的74.9万栋相比，8月份新屋开工年增率为19%。
根据彭博社的调查，经济学家原先预估8月份新屋开工年率将增加至91.7万栋。8月份营建许可年率月减3.8%至91.8万栋，其中独户住宅营建许可年率月增3%至62.7万栋，集合住宅则月减15.7%至26.8万栋。与去年同期的82.7万栋相比，8月份营建许可年率年增11%。
根据彭博社的调查，经济学家原先预估8月份营建许可年率将为95万栋。8月新屋完工年率为76.9万栋，较前月的修正值76.7万栋增加0.3%，与去年同期的68.6万栋相比增加12.1%。独户住宅新屋完工年率为57.3万栋，较前月增加0.5%；集合住宅新屋完工年率为19.1万栋，较前月增加1.1%。
据历史统计数据，住宅营建产值平均约占美国GDP的2.3%，每栋新屋开工约可创造2.5个工作机会。
