克里：巴沙尔政权承诺交出化学武器还不足够

西班牙《阿贝赛报》9月12日报道，美国国务卿克里12日称，只是叙利亚的巴沙尔政权承诺交出化学武器仍不足够，他期待能和俄罗斯共同努力使这个承诺变成事实。
俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫也表示有信心和美国达成一致协议，使叙利亚交出他们拥有的化学武器，并且能避免美国对其进行任何军事干预。
“我很肯定我们的美国朋友相信可以用和平方式来解决叙利亚问题。”拉夫罗夫称。
叙利亚总统巴沙尔12日称，会将化学武器交由国际社会监管，但他同时也否认曾对他的普通民众使用过这种化学武器。
