光大证券交易故障导致当日盯市损失约1.94亿元

光大证券发布公告称，上周五交易故障导致的当日盯市损失约为人民币1.94亿元。公司可能因此事件面临监管部门的警示或处罚。
上周五上证综合指数收盘下跌，但是光大证券忽然海量买盘，推动该指数在短短几分钟之内飙涨5.6%，光大证券股票随即停牌，证监会着手展开调查。
光大证券称，本次事件产生的原因是策略投资部使用的套利策略系统出现了问题，公司已经启动全面排查的工作，将重点排查IT系统，重点关注风险控制节点。
证监会周日(8月17日)称，初步核查显示，光大证券自营的策略交易系统存在程序调用错误、额度控制失效等设计缺陷，并被连锁触发，导致生成巨量市价委托订单，已决定对光大证券立案调查，暂停出问题的自营交易业务。
证监会还表示，此次事件导致光大证券累计申报买入人民币234亿元(约合38亿美元)，实际成交人民币72.7亿元。
