日本对华出口降至四年低点

日本贸易振兴机构周三称，今年上半年日本面向中国的出口降至四年来最低水平，除中日外交关系持续紧张的影响之外，中国基础设施投资的放缓也进一步抑制了日本对华出口。
日本贸易振兴机构提供的数据显示，今年上半年日本对华出口同比降幅由去年下半年的14.8%扩大至16.7%。
日本对华出口放缓令美国在五年来首次成为日本最大的出口市场，今年上半年日本面向美国的出口额达到660亿美元，高于610亿美元的对华出口额。
日本贸易振兴机构中国研究部主管Yoichi
Maie称，面向中国的建筑和采矿设备出口尤其疲软，同比下降了61.6%，原因是中国的基础设施建设放缓。金属加工工具出口下降46.5%，因中国的智能手机生产投资从峰值回落。
此外，中国私人消费下滑还导致日本面向中国的数码相机等影音设备出口下降了47.7%。
日本对华进口同样出现下滑，但降幅要小得多，仅为6.1%，进口总额为860亿美元。上半年日本对华贸易逆差因此扩大38.1%，至240亿美元，为历年同期最高纪录。日本贸易振兴机构预计，日本对华出口将维持下降趋势，贸易逆差或进一步扩大。
日本对华进口下降在一定程度上归因于中国劳动力成本上升以及日圆贬值，这两个因素都使得中国产品在日本的竞争力下降。这些变化已对劳动密集型产业产生影响。据Maie称，纺织企业已将生产线从中国转移到越南和印尼，受此影响，今年上半年原产于中国的服装在日本服装进口总量中的占比从2005年81.1%的纪录高点降至71.4%。
但Maie补充说，日本经济的复苏有望提振日本对华进口。
鉴于中国经济放缓以及中日外交关系持续紧张，越来越多的日本企业在对华投资方面变得更加谨慎。根据日本贸易振兴机构的数据，今年上半年日本对华直接投资较上年同期下降31.1%，至49亿美元。
相比之下，日本对东南亚国家联盟(Association
of Southeast Asian Nations)的直接投资则增加55.4%，至创纪录的103亿美元。
日本贸易振兴机构主席Hiroyuki
Ishige称，随着日本企业寻求更为安全的政治环境，以及更低的劳动力和商业成本，日本投资从中国转向东南亚的趋势或将持续。
他在7月25日的外国媒体简报会上表示，除非中日双边关系明显改善，否则上述趋势不太可能发生改变。
